A Letter From Pittsfield / WXW Celebrates MLK

In partnership with the Berkshire Branch of the NAACP, WXW invites poets to present work that reflects on, is inspired by, or otherwise connects with the legacy of Dr Martin Luther King, Jr. Participating poets are asked to keep their work to 4 minutes or less.

Suggested starting places include:

• Use a quote from MLK as a title or prompt
• Speak to the causes championed by MLK
• Speak to MLK (A Letter From Pittsfield)
• Reflect on MLK’s life’s work and where we stand now and/or the road ahead
• More (find your own way)
